Final reveal of the beach condo renovation!

We’re done and I cannot believe it’s even the same beach condo!

I do plan on taking you through all of the design choices, but for now I just need to share the reveal of the beach condo renovation!

This was the first renovation that we have ever done outside of our own home. There were a lot of weekends, weeks, and even months poured into this beach condo renovation. Countless trips to the dump, Home Depot, and loads of Starbucks runs.

There is seriously no part of this beach condo that we didn’t touch.

Between paint, adding shiplap, installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring, installing a new vanity…

New lighting, installing all new trim and crown molding, building new storage…

The transformation has me looking back at the old pictures in disbelief. It’s crazy how much brighter paint and cohesive flooring can make such a huge impact.

I could not be more proud of how all the hard work we put into this beach condo renovation.

This place is in the best location on the Isle of Palms, SC with views of the beach, access to the pool, and within walking distance to food and entertainment.

I loved the opportunity to work on this project for my friends and hope they, and me too ;), enjoy this special space for many years to come.

Special shout out to my girls and especially Courtney for taking on this journey with me.

From helping, to bringing me supplies, and just the overall moral support of being away for chunks of time, I definitely couldn’t have done this without them.

For now, I’m soaking it all in and I’m so happy to not only be done, but how amazing the beach condo renovation turned out.
