Easy DIY Koozie Up-cycle Popsicle Holder Using Free Koozies And A Simple Stitch. Keeps Popsicle Cold And Not Your Hands.
I just came home from the Haven Conference and I noticed that I walked away with a couple more koozies. Don’t get me wrong, living in South Carolina, nothing is more important than keeping your drink cold. However, the number of koozies we have accumulated over the past couple of months alone, is quite alarming. Instead of throwing them out, I decided to do something much more useful!
- Gather your koozies.
- Cut off the bottom
- Cut the koozie in half
- Fold each half down the middle and sew.
You can see the video here.
What is meant to keep your drinks cold, can now keep your popsicle cold and not your hands! This project took me about 5 minutes to do start to finish. If you wanted to use your sewing machine to do the stitch, that would make the project even faster! These could be cute birthday party favors, perfect for a pool party, adorable stocking stuffers… the list is endless!!
Let's hit restart together!!
Starting June 1st
Let's clear the clutter and get our spaces back into order!
